Cancellations are valid only in written form!
Up to 3 months before the holiday - no cancellation fees. Less than 1 month before the holiday, we have to charge 40% of the total agreed price, from 1 week before the holiday, we charge 70% of the total agreed price and in the last week before the arrival date 90% of the total agreed price. For non-arrival or early departure - 100%.
Cancellation policy: It is the Austrian Hotel regulations. Generally cancellations are accepted only in written form.
